Machining section
The company occupies a modern 2000 + square ft. building on the Isle of Wight. Production cells have been set up for specific products and processes, from carbon wands and jammers to rudders. Three laser levelled tables enable rudders to be manufactured to precise accuracy. Six ovens together with vacuum pumps provide precise control on cure cycles and pressures. Others facilities include a purpose built paint booth, a comprehensive machining area with CNC mill and lathe; plus a 10 tonne tension/compression
test rig.
